Changes:

Fixed thread conflict bug in admin console packet queue. I'm hoping this fixes the crash problem that some customers have been reporting, typically (but not exclusively) when logging into the admin console on a busy site.

Fixed admin console reconnect bug that would freeze the tab lists.

Admin console logouts/disconnects are now recorded in Event Log.

Fixed run-it-twice bug where checkbox setting not remembered if the player left their seat but kept the table open and then re-joined it.

Fixed table refresh bug when activated during run-it-twice runout. Clicking the refresh icon while the second board was visible would cause it to be redrawn at the top of the table.
