Changes:

Improved outbound packet processing speeds to admin console and player clients. Previously the server would send outbound packets one per thread iteration. Now it bundles up the entire queue (up to 100 packets) and sends them together. This will be especially noticeable in the admin console when dealing with large lists of tables or accounts. Mass edits and putting the server online/offline should be faster now.

Improved admin console login speed for non-Administrator accounts. Previously the admin rights feature used a slow sequential lookup function when logging in using player account credentials. This has now been replaced with a much faster binary lookup function, which will be especially noticeable for sites with hundreds of tables.
