i want player jut can login from API and dont login from Game !
this option was in in PM3 , i remember it
but in PM4 i can find it
please help me

It works the exact same way in version 4, using Session Keys that you create with the API. See the Startup Parameters section of the help file:

To prevent players from logging in directly from the client interface, set "Require session keys" to Yes in the Account Settings group.
