Setting up the server Poker Mavens 4 Pro Help!

Post by avatarikus »

Help a newbie configure a server Mavens Pro.
The server component is installed on a remote server.
Ports 8087 and 8088 are open.
Registered IP server on the Internet. Not local.
Server on Windows Server 2008 R2.

On the download page inserted code:

<head>
<title>My Poker Site</title>
</head>
<body>
<iframe width="100%" height="100%" frameborder="0" src="http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8087">
<p>Your browser does not support iframes</p>
</iframe>
</body>
</html>

When you load a web page appears here it is: Connecting ...
And nothing happens.

I understand that it is necessary to connect the image files to display the interface.
I downloaded the trial for the start of the files from here: http://www.briggsoft.com/docs/pmavens/Templates.htm
Their prescribed in the program. The result is the same. Interface does not appear the playing field.

Help razobratsya novice. I'd like to play with friends.
There where some instructions for installing and configuring Mavens Pro for beginners?
What and how to do it.
Who is not hard to help pliz.
Tell me what to do, that would be earned.

Send me your site URL via email and I'll see what happens when I try to connect.

I'm seeing the same problem you are. It flashes the table graphic and then just shows "Connecting..." but goes no further. The HTML is coming through fine on port 8087 so I suspect it is just a firewall issue with port 8088. Try going into the Windows firewall settings and specifically add the PMServer.exe file to the exception list plus both the 8087 and 8088 ports and see if that works.
