Confirm transfers

when a player receives a transfer from another, there is no confirmation.
Sometimes some players are attentive and do not know whether they received a transfer. It would be good a message as:
"You got player x, N Chips"

That's a good idea although the recipient would have to be logged in at the time to see the message. I think PokerStars sends an email for player to player transfers, as I recall.

This has now been added in version 2.87. The recipient will get a popup notice telling them "<player> transferred <x> chips to your account" if they are logged in at the time.
