request for Mavens 8

Someway to have option to have tables automatically close if they are empty for an extended time if an owner chooses and conversely also an option to have it auto open a cloned table if a table is full with a waiting list longer then 1 or 2 people possibly. I know I know supposedly it can be done but I cant figure out how to do so via API stuff Im not a programmer by nature Ive always been a hardware network type.
