New Run-it-twice option

There are a lot of players who apparently have the expectation that if both players have the "Run It Twice" checkbox checked, then it should just automatically happen without both players needing to make a choice. We are running into a lot of whining where one player decides not to run it twice even though they had the box checked. So, what I'd propose is the Run It Twice checkbox gets three choices in the Admin software instead of two.

Choice 1 (currently available): run it twice disabled
Choice 2 (currently available): run it twice enabled, but players involved get a chance to decide on a hand by hand basis
Choice 3 (not currently available): run it twice enabled, but if all players involved have the box checked, then running it twice automatically happens without giving players another choice each time.

This is exactly why I changed the text in the Language settings form:

Run it twice

to:

Option to Run it twice

That is a good solution. I may try that myself.

I don't get the whining, but I have a lot of players who just don't understand the benefit of the feature, or don't know how to use it.
