I tried setting up a 1 vs 1 tournament that essentually comes down to all in first hand.

I have the Payout set to... 2, 99.00 but it is still paying 100% out for the tournament. (yes the Payout fractions is set to Yes)

Any ideas? Never seen this issue before though i normally dont do Payouts under 100%

It doesn't allow you to "cheat" the players. It will always payout the full prizepool even if your total doesn't add up to 100.0. Use the Entry Fee setting if you want the house to keep a portion.
