How to start tourney with more than 25K stack?

I’ve searched the forums here but can’t seem to find clear easy (in layman’s terms) method/work-around to best start a tourney with more than 25K stack.

We would like to do a Freeze-out (no rebuys or re-entries) tourney and start with 50K (3-4 tables max). We previously tried using the Rebuy/Add-on feature for the additional 25K, but we ran into issue where not everyone added on right away before playing their first hand.

So is there an easier, more fool-proof way to do this?

25K is a hard limit for the Starting Chips field.
