We would be interested in having an Add-on Threshold setting added.
Much inline to how Rebuy Threshold is applied, but only for Add-ons.

Then it wouldn't be a real add-on, just another rebuy.

Well, no it wouldn't quite be the same as a rebuy. Although, I see you have the complete settings to manage rebuys and thresholds.

We were discussing in our game if we could offer an add-on, which occurs only at the end of the rebuy period, but only offer it to players who were below a certain threshold.
