Changes:
Add-on now allowed when Max Rebuys is 0. You still need to set "Rebuy Levels" so the add-on occurs at the end of it but the tournament will be considered a freezeout tourney. When rebuys are disabled you can also create a re-entry tournament with an add-on.
Players can now filter tournaments on "Re-entry" format.
Fixed crash recovery bugs for non-paying players with tickets. Previously it was refunding the buy-in and entry fee in the TReg file and the entry fee in the TRun file to those players.
