Version Upgrade Issues

I am currently running Pro V6.24 on an Atlantic.net cloud server, and I am attempting to upgrade to V6.27.

I have downloaded the correct file and when running the installation I get a "DeletFile failed, code 5" error (see the attached file). I've double checked the task manager to ensure that the current version is not running, and have also tried running the setup as an administrator.

Any idea of what I am doing wrong?

That means the old version is still running and needs to be shut down first. If necessary, use the Windows Task Manager and force close PMServer.exe on the Processes tab.
