Any of these would suffice:
1. Provide each hand history in a callback event, either as part of the existing CallbackHand event or a new CallbackHandHistory event.
2. Provide options to enable/disable parts of the API.
3. Provide an option to allow just the read-only parts of the API.
Option 1 would be great.
