I'm not sure if this has been addressed previously in a thread, so my apologies if it has.

Along the lines of your stop to chop feature, this would maybe appear like your "agree to end break" check box.

After late registration ends, the box could stay live and if all remaining players have it checked, the system would then chop the remaining unpaid prize pool and distribute equally to the remaining players.

I get a lot of people wanting to chop, and it requires people to either transfer chips, or me to get involved. Automating this with a checkbox at the Final Table would be excellent.

This would be great! There are quite a few times that people would like to just chop and and split the pot. I like the check mark box idea.

80% of my tourneys end in a chop. Having a button that allows you to propose and agree to a chop would be great.

I would like this feature as well, but what you have right now doesn't work for me. I want to be able to chop at the chop table regardless of how the game is set up.

I suggest:
1. check box for "discuss chop"
2. if all remaining players check the box, tourney pauses. Players see a dialog box with prize money remaining and a blank space for each player.
3. players use chat to discuss the chop amounts
4. each player can enter his/her own prize amount in his blank space. All players see all the amounts.
5. if all players click "agree" then the chop is executed (tourney ends)
6. if any player clicks "disagree" then the tourney restarts.
7. I guess there needs to be a time limit on the chop discussion, in case one player disappears/loses connection
