iPhone Websocket issues

I am having issues with new players trying to connect on Apple products getting Websocket Connection issues. It has cost me at least 5 new players so far. Can someone please help?

Which products exactly? Mac, iPad, iPhone? Which hardware version, which O/S version, which Safari version, etc? Is there something common among them other than being made by Apple?

I can't tell. I do know it's not ALL iphones as my roomate's iphone works. But, it seems to only be effecting other people with apple products. They are getting the Websocket Connection Error screen.
