Is there a way to remove a player from an active tournament?
I accidentally registered him.

Not once it's started unless you have the "No-show minutes" setting > 0. They will get blinded out eventually.

Follow up question

Can I remove somone from Tournament if it has not started?
I registered the wrong person.

Yes, use the View button on the Tournaments tab in the server console. You can unregister players there.
