The fraction chips sometimes get people confused.
Sometimes when a person have 6 they dont see it as 6.00
Like when you have 5.99 its clear that its 5.99

So my wish is to make this always with 2 decimals.

It's done that way in the client to be compatible with the Trial/Lite/Pro versions that don't have fractional chip support and also the Gold versions where it is turned off.
