Actually a simple way to implement this without having to add new fields or breaking backwards compatibility is to just add a third option to the Multiply Bonus setting. It would show something like "Yes", "No", "Min". When set to Min, the amount in the Prize Bonus field would be the guaranteed minimum prize pool. Whether or not any house chips get added depends on the number of players who enter. This would be relatively easy to code.
