LogsHandHistory Player parameter

Hi Kent,

Feature request: Add "Player" parameter to LogsHandHistory API call so when used in conjunction with "Hand" parameter, it will display the hand history from that player's perspective.

The hand history files are not written that way so the API wouldn't have the ability to do that. The individual files or hands would have to be parsed line by line.
