Changes:

Fixed login/register thread deadlock bug. If an admin performed a manual tournament registration at the same time as that player was logging in, there was a potential for a thread deadlock that would crash the site. The chances were slim but were greatly increased if hundreds of registrations were made at once.

Fixed non-responsive "All" button in admin console email lists dialog (Accounts tab -> Lists button -> View email list).
