4.51 GOLD not working SSL

That's an ancient version of PM but you can try these OpenSSL DLL's, which are the ones used recently up to version 7.19:

32-bit version: https://www.briggsoft.com/download/OpenSSL.zip

64-bit version: https://www.briggsoft.com/download/OpenSSL64.zip

Unzip into the program folder and restart the program.

TLS 1.1 and 1.2 support was added in version 6 so that's probably the issue.
