Sitout relaxed addition

Would love to see a third option added where admin can set a sitout relaxed number for Yes and No.

So without a waiting list a player could stay seated for 30 minutes, but with a waiting list a player could only stay seated for 10 minutes.

Why would it matter if the seat is empty or occupied by a sitter if no one is waiting?

Some players are averse to joining the wait list and will only open a table if it shows a seat available.

Also, I prefer to have "Max idle minutes" set rather high (180), but adding this feature would basically be like creating a Max idle minutes for a specific ring game rather than a system wide setting.
