Changes:

Fixed an entry fee accounting bug. Any time a tournament player is removed via the no-show removal setting, their account is refunded the buy-in amount and entry fee. That entry fee comes out of the house entry fee account. That house account was being debited twice instead of just once. The player received the right amount of chips but the house account is now short of what it should have showed. This bug is 7.5 years old and goes all the way back to version 5.00. It was just brought to my attention by DoubleEagle in the forum. Typically the no-show removal feature should only be used in a freeroll, since removing a no-show reduces the prize pool. If you only did that then this bug never affected you.
