Make Players info window float

I like to keep the Players window open, i.e., the the thing that shows the players seated at a table, net and total chips per player, and the Waiting queue. But then I have to close it in order to anything off-table (such as transferring chips, checking the lobby, etc.). Would be nice if this window floating and could be left open without blocking those other functions.
