I can run TournamentsOnline to bring a disabled tournament online, but TournamentsOffline gives me an error message of "Tournament is not currently playing" while registration is open but the tournament hasn't started.
Is there a different command to bring a tournament that hasn't started offline?

Never mind. It looks like I need to add Now=Yes to the parameters.
