Is there a way to edit the 64 generic avatars that come with Poker mavens? Not specifically to swap out the entire set, but add a couple and remove a couple?

Those are licensed from a third-party so they are hard coded in the server software. You would have to replace the whole set.

technically there is a way but it involves having to use the stitch app Kent offers for site owners. You can go in and unstitch the avatar strip file to get the individual files then you have to decide which ones you want to add, then create a new strip file adding the individual files back in you want to total the same number (although I believe you can do less then 64 Ive never tried). I did that myself using the stitch app program and mixing and matching some avatars I got from the pokermavenstable guy plus some of my own I created using some avatars I found online as well that were freely available.

I dropped the default ones alltogether and replaced them with some I bought from MavensTables. I bought, I think, 4 sets from him and stitched together my own strip using Kent's tool.
