Incorrect paid info for re-entry tournament

We have a re-entry tournament where you can get 1 re-entry. It is also possible to win one free seat, but if you need to do the re-entry - you're paying. So this happened to me. I won a free seat, gave myself a ticket for it and when I registered, I didn't have to pay. I then busted and took a re-entry and paid the buy-in. However in the tournament result file, both entries says that I paid 0 and used the ticket. However the ticket expires once used, right? I also confirmed that I paid the 2nd buy in in my transaction history. I busted on the bubble so no payment to me.

The same thing happened with another guy. Busted his freebie, bought in and the log doesn't show the 2nd buyin cost:
