End break early missing after reload
ONe of our users had to reboot during a tournament break. When he got back to the site, then "end break early" checkbox was no longer visible.

If another player toggles their checkbox, it will cause an update for that player. But this will be fixed in 7.08 so it updates immediately when they open the table.
