Hello,

Hand helper showed a pair when there wasn't a pair made.

On a side note, is there any way to require administrator approval for new accounts?

Thanks!

Check the hand history file in your data folder for that hand and for the one immediately before it and see what was actually dealt to that player.

You could set a permission for all your tables and tournaments, which new users would not have until you manually gave it to them.

** Pot Show Down ** [9c 7d 4h Qs 6s]
THEMC shows [Td 9s Kc Qh] (Two Pair, Queens and Nines +7)
TegridyChief shows [Qc Ts Tc Js] (a Pair of Queens +J97)

** Summary **
Board: [9c 7d 4h Qs 6s], Rabbit: [], Players: 7, Pots: 1, Total: 79, Rake: 2, End: Showdown
Seat 3: THEMC (+46) [Td 9s Kc Qh] Showdown with Two Pair, Queens and Nines +7

No 3 in hand or on board for previous hand. Above is the hand history. Shows the pair, but hole cards A3 and no 3 on board.

The table shows "PL Omaha" in the upper left but it appears to be dealing a Hold'em hand. Are you BlakeC or is that another player? My guess is that player had a packet drop and didn't register the transition in the mixed game change. Did any other player have an issue with that hand?
