Late Penalty Blank = Connection Lost

If you leave the Late Penalty blank (instead of with a 0) it will give you a "Connection Lost ... Retrying" message instead of telling you why you can't save the tournament.

Bug confirmed. It throws a code exception that kills the connection. It also puts an error and stack trace in the error log but you won't see it until the next login.
