AccountsIncBalance/AccountsDecBalance API Feature Request

HI Kent,
Would like to request an optional "Note" parameter for the AccountsIncBalance and AccountsDecBalance API where the value of that parameter would be added to the "Source" column. This way players would be able to see something like "API (Buyin)" or "API (Cashout)" in their Transactions.
