I've seen several tournaments have duplicates created.
I'm not sure what caused it, but as far as I can tell it's happening after renaming them.
So far I haven't been able to duplicate it where I see it right after I rename and save, but I've had around 5 tournaments have duplicates that I noticed later and each one was one that I had either changed the name of and/or the game type. For instance, NL to PL.

Do the duplicates show up in the admin console, client, or both?

Nevermind, I can replicate the bug. The original gets resurrected after you take the whole service offline and then back online. I'll fix that in the next update.
