Changes:
Added "Amount" field to TourneyRegister and TourneyUnregister callbacks, showing the amount paid (or refunded) by the player (including +ticketname).
Added "Log admin chat" setting to Log Settings group. This allows you to turn off the recording of administrator chat messages to the hand history and lobby chat logs.
Fixed double printing "Flop" line bug in client-side hand history for ring games.
Fixed datestamp bug in server-side hand history files.
