For example we have 1 $1.10 heads up sit and go table. 2 players register and start the sit and go. Is there a way that those 2 players or any 2 players can automatically register that same sit and go without us having to run another sng table or having to wait for that sng to complete before being able to play another one? We don't want to have to have many sng tables of the same type in case for example 2 players want to run 2 or more tables at the same time of the same sng.

The only way to automatically create a new tournament (or put an idle one online) is to write some custom code and do it with the API. In the Gold edition you can give specific players access to the remote admin interface and give them rights to clone a tournament.
