Max cumulative buy-ins on Ring Game

Our weekly games can get pretty aggressive. Players have asked for a table with a max cap on total buy-ins at that table, i.e. Player 1 buys in for 200, down to 0 buys in again for 200, down to 0 again, can now only buy in for 100 due to hitting the max cumulative buyin cap. Ideally, the time duration for how long that player is restricted from re-entering that Ring Game would be configurable.
