Hi Kent,
New Admin here testing out the Trial system. I've been on the user side at another site and also member of PCF where everyone raves about your software. Thanks for what you do!
First question - Mobile access. I can't get the software to run full screen. I'm on a brand new Galaxy S21 Ultra. My Android icon bar and the browser bar are showing across the top of the screen taking up a large amount of real estate and making the table, cards and buttons small and hard to see. Is this a setting I need to change in my phone, or something in the software? Because the software is very hard to use this way, at least for me with my old man eyes.
Also, is there a reason why the trial system doesn't allow no-limit hold'em? That's mostly all my group wants to play. They want to run a test tournament before we buy, just to make sure they are happy with the software, before I ask them all to pony up for the license fee. I know they are going to bitch about having to play limit poker, and it might make some of them less likely to want to buy the software.
Thanks.
David.

See these instructions for making it go full screen:TX_Flood wrote:First question - Mobile access. I can't get the software to run full screen. I'm on a brand new Galaxy S21 Ultra. The Trial version is just there to see if you can get it installed and players connected. Portions of the licensed version code where removed in the trial to prevent hackers from posting cracks. You and your friends can use my live demo site at https://www.pm-demo.com to test the no-limit games. Also, is there a reason why the trial system doesn't allow no-limit hold'em?
Re: New Trial user questions
Thank your sir! I knew there had to be an easy solution. I just hadn't found that document yet. I have saved it and I will send it to all my players before they sign in for the first time. I will also give your demo site a look.Kent Briggs wrote:See these instructions for making it go full screen:TX_Flood wrote:First question - Mobile access.
