Progressive Bounty Tournaments

Now that you've created Bounty Tournaments, the option of paying out a % of the bounty and applying the remaining % to the hand winner, as well as displaying the Bounty Amount on each player on the table would be an amazing addition.

+1. Just ran an all-bounty tournament. Hugely popular, except players got a little bored late in the tournament.
