Accounting bug from crash w/ ticket registered

Scenario:
On 1/12, a player registered for the following day's tournament using a ticket. The ticket is non-funded. On 1/13, the server's UPS power source failed, crashing the server. When the sytem came back up, the player's ticket was refunded (as it should be) and he was also refunded $40, which is what it WOULD have cost him to register for that tournament if he hadn't done so using a ticket. I've attached the relevant lines from the log.
(Ignore the fourth line. It's from after things were back up).
I'm running version 6.26 pro.
