Type in "Administrator" as the user and the password is whatever you entered here:

System tab -> Admin Settings -> Administrator password

With the Gold version, you create at least one admin profile by clicking the Admin button on the System tab toolbar and select "Admin rights editor". Click the "New Profile" button and give it a name. Go through the 6 tabs on the right side of the editor and assign various rights for that profile as you want them. Click Ok to save those settings, then edit any player account that you want to be able to log into the remote admin interface and put that profile name you just created into their "Admin Profile" setting. Multiple players can have the same admin profile. Each one logs into the remote admin interface using their normal player name and password.
