Tournament finished but didn't payout?

So ran a tournament tonight and had it setup for reentries. We played to the end and when it was finished the payouts for the top 4 players didn't happen. I looked through the logs and nothing, I see the reentries in the logs and the players leaving when the game was over but no payouts. I did some quick accounting and sure enough the entry/reentry dollars were not accounted for and I did the manual payout calculation and adjusted the players accounts.

What should I look for that I am doing wrong?

Yeah, you ran a 0+20 tournament so the house kept all the money and nothing went into the prize pool.
