There are some protection against system crashes?
for example, What happens if the system crashes when I have several actives tournaments and ring games?
Some state of these games is saved, or the chips return to the clients accounts?

The software creates a "crash file" for every table after each hand. If the system sees any crash files when it re-starts it will refund those players. The refunds will be recorded in the Event Log.
