Players on waiting list

Players are allowed to register for a tournament after registration has closed. I need to instruct them to unregister or take the game offline after completion. Is this a bug or a setting I am overlooking

Registration can overflow in case someone in front of them unregisters. Those people will either get refunded when the tournament starts or stayed registered for the next one depending on your "Registration Period" and "Maximum Runs" settings.
