Email verification sending error - socket error

Hi Kent!
Most of our client not having this issue and are able to get email verification on registration
but some of them don't get the email
We see in logs error

Which SMTP server are you using? Are you exceeding their daily limit of emails?

We are using namecheap.
We don't exceed the limitation we spoken with support and from their side they say that everything is ok
Can we provide some logs or anything to solve the situation?

The Error Log is the log. It's showing a 10054 socket error which means the SMTP server is forcibly closing the connection.
