I've changed the File Port setting to 443, but do I change the URL somewhere in the PM software, or is that something I do in Atlantic.net?

Was your domain name working before you got your SSL cert?

I guess it had to be otherwise that validation test would have failed. Email me your domain name if you want me to test your URL.

Ken,

If I add https:\\www. to the url, it works perfectly.
I need to somehow add https everyone's url so that they can just use my domain name.

Your DNS records is what controls that, typically you'll have an "A" record for just the raw domain and another one with the www subdomain.

However, I got your domain name via email and it works for me with and without the www subdomain.

Run the HTTP redirect utility like I mentioned earlier so that anyone connecting to http gets redirected automatically to https:

That's the thing. I have the redirect utility running and it didn't change anything.
As per the help file, I ran the .exe file, left the settings as you see in the attached pic, and them minimized it to the tray.

You are running this on the atlantic.net server (not your home PC), correct? Did you add Redirect.exe to the Windows Firewall "Allow" list per the instructions listed in bold type?

In fact I have, yes.
And yes, this is on an Atlantic.net server.

I'm sorry, Kent. I know I'm being a pain in the ass. Please know that I really appreciate your help.

The redirect is working for me now. If I enter http in front of your domain (or leave it off completely) it redirects to https and your site loads. Try clearing your browser cache if it's not working for you.

Kent,

Let me just say that you are a saint and have been more helpful than most people would have been.

Clearing my cache worked, and I feel so stupid for not thinking of that earlier.

Again, thank you. :)
