Different Starting Chips for Late Registration

I know there has been some talk about "bonus" chips for registering early, or for some other reasons that seem rather esoteric. But how about the option to start off folks who register late with a different number of chips than those who register early. That would allow us to incentivize folks to register before the tournament starts.

We are having an issue with people not wanting to join in until they see how many other people have registered. Which means we'll have like 3-4 people registered and 12 people hanging around in the lobby, waiting. The tournament is set to start at 3:00 with a minimum of 5 players. So what happens: 3:00 happens, less than 5 players, the tournament cancels itself.

If we could give folks an incentive to NOT wait for late registration, that would probably solve the problem. Easiest way seems to be add a line to the options: Starting Chips for Late Registration. We can take it from there.
