PokerMavens Backoffice session disconnection

Post by galnaveh »

Hi!

It seems like there is an issue with backoffice.
If i double click on any of the button for example: add tournament

It will disconnect me from the backoffice and request me to re login
Same result with any double click on any button

Please suggest

I have no idea what "Backoffice" is. If it's a third party add-on, you need to contact whoever made that directly.

AdminPanel where i am opening tables, tourney, etc etc
I would like to make sure that once admin logged in it will keep session for long time

Situation: It takes time to configure tourney and once i press save it disconnect me and ask me to login to panel again

Forgot to mention, it's not third party it happens on your original product

The Remote Admin interface?
I would like to make sure that once admin logged in it will keep session for long time
System tab -> Admin Settings -> Administration timeout

Also note that if anyone else logs in using the same Administrator username, it will log you out. You cannot share logins to the remote admin interface. If you have the Gold edition, you can login under your player account if an Admin Profile has been assigned to your account. That's the only way multiple people can log in at the same time.

default settings are 15 i put 0 to disable it - which means it should always stay connected?

Are you sure you are the only person who is accessing the remote admin interface? Check the Event Log.

Also, you mentioned "double-click" in the first message. Nothing in the remote admin should be double-clicked. Everything is a single click.
