Start Now

I have the "start now" option for 5 players to hit start now, to begin the tournament. The problem is, they aren't getting access to a table to hit start now. Am I missing something? How can they start the tournament without a code.

They have to click the Players button in the lobby. Then check the box under the waiting list.
