Pause before beginning play in shootout

We are creating a somewhat complex double elimination heads up, shootout tournament. In running the initial testing, it appeared to me that in shootout mode the initial delay of 30 seconds from seating to the start of the tournament occurred, but when the next round began and players were seated, it appeared the tournament began immediately. Is there a way to delay the tournament start after seating that I'm missing?

No, it acts like a merge from a regular tournament. But you can manually pause/resume the tournament from the server interface via the Action button.
