172.69.63.23 is a Cloudflare IP. You need to set this:

System tab -> Server Settings -> Proxy IP header = CF-Connecting-IP

This allows Poker Mavens to pull out the player's real IP from the header that Cloudflare inserts into the connection.

i'm still facing the problem of client throwing out of the site..

i turn on the firewall, didn't change anything. now i want to get ssl and change the port 80 to another poker hope it will fix the problem.

what do you thing it will ? any other suggestion ?

thank you and sorry for all the hustle.

One problem you had was the two people logging in under the same account (or one person trying to log in twice). Did you find out what was going on there?

Browsers will open multiple connections to a web site at the same time so they also do that when pulling in the client and all the media files that go along with it. It's normal.

I pulled out the player's real IP from the header that Cloudflare inserts into the connection doing what you told me

System tab -> Server Settings -> Proxy IP header = CF-Connecting-IP

I checked the logs and everything was normal each person have his own IP ad PC no duplicate IP and PC for more than one account.

and then i saw the ping and tracert and it was like what i posted up.

The timeouts are more than likely just firewalls in the path that will not respond to icmp requests.

Even at 230 ms of latency, as long as the connection is solid, that should still do fine, I would think.

I changed the server to a near place to where my clients and now it is working fine.

I used to take the server in America and never had problem, but now if you do the players can’t play normally
