Avatar Template

Where can I find a template of the existing avatars or graphic specs for designing new ones? I understand that I need to use the system setting to point to a folder. Am I creating one image with all of the avatars spaced/aligned in a certain way? Thanks.

I found the specs, so if there is a graphic available with the existing avatars that would be great.

Because the avatars are licensed from a third-party, I'm not allowed to publicly post the collection. However, you can append this to your site URL in your browser: /Image?Name=Avatars
